John F. DeLillo, CPA
Director of Acquisitions
John F. DeLillo is a Certified Public Accountant with over 50 years combined experience in both the public and private sectors. Since its inception in 1981, John has been the proprietor of John F. DeLillo CPA, a public accounting firm.
His expertise lies in management advancement and consulting within the HVAC Industry as well as other trades. He consults on a multitude of matters ranging from productivity to financial management. John’s extensive experience includes his role as Executive Director for several not-for-profit trade organizations.
Michelle DeLillo, CPA
President
Michelle DeLillo is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of combined experience in both the public and private sectors. Her background includes auditing, tax, valuation, business operations and financial management for organizations of all sizes. Michelle has spent the last 25 years focusing on the trades.
Michelle leads the MDJ team as President, and carries out all day-to-day operations pertaining to business consulting and valuations.
John F. DeLillo Jr., CM&AA
Vice President
John F. DeLillo Jr. brings a wealth of financial and accounting experience to the MDJ team. He is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor and a member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA). In addition, he is the CEO and owner of an association management company specializing in the construction trades industry. He currently serves as the Executive Director on several of said associations.
John manages client development, and facilitates and consults on merger & acquisition transactions.
